Partner, Intellectual Property — Frankfurt

Leading international law firm is seeking a senior IP partner to build and lead German patent and UPC litigation work from the Frankfurt office. The role focuses on contentious patent matters and Unified Patent Court proceedings across German and cross-border disputes.

The successful partner will expand a practice that currently covers mainly soft IP, bringing technical patent-litigation expertise, strategic case management and client-facing leadership. The role involves managing cases, mentoring junior lawyers and developing new client relationships across the firm's broader IP team.

• Proven track record in German patent litigation and UPC proceedings
• Admission to practice in Germany and strong litigation experience
• Fluent German and strong English; able to lead cross-border teams
• Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
