Partner — Intellectual Property & Technology, Frankfurt

Leading law firm seeks a partner to develop and lead its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in the Frankfurt office. The role is client-facing and combines high-value transactional work with strategic advice on IP-driven commercial arrangements, technology procurement and licensing, and related regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will work on cross-border matters with international teams, build client relationships, and help grow the IP/tech offering, including privacy and cyber-security advisory work.

• Lateral partner with an established track record in IP and technology transactions and related advisory work
• Strong experience advising on privacy, data protection and cyber-security matters
• Proven business development skills and experience working on cross-border matters with international teams
• Admission to practise in Germany or equivalent EU qualification; fluent German and English
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
