Senior patent litigator sought to lead and expand a Germany-focused IP disputes practice from the firm's Frankfurt office. The role focuses on patent litigation in German courts and before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), advising on high-stakes infringement and validity matters.

The successful candidate will build a practice, supervise associates, and collaborate with a broader international IP team on cross-border disputes. This is an opportunity to establish market presence where the current local partnership coverage is concentrated in soft IP (trademarks and copyright).

Lateral partner with an established track record in German patent litigation and UPC proceedings
Admission/qualification to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and extensive courtroom experience
Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex cases and originate business
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
