Patent Litigation Partner — Frankfurt

Senior patent litigator sought to lead and expand a Germany-focused IP disputes practice from the firm's Frankfurt office. The role focuses on patent litigation in German courts and before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), advising on high-stakes infringement and validity matters.

The successful candidate will build a practice, supervise associates, and collaborate with a broader international IP team on cross-border disputes. This is an opportunity to establish market presence where the current local partnership coverage is concentrated in soft IP (trademarks and copyright).

• Lateral partner with an established track record in German patent litigation and UPC proceedings
• Admission/qualification to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and extensive courtroom experience
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex cases and originate business
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
