Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Boulder

Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boulder IP practice, handling a mix of patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation matters. The role will involve advising life sciences and technology clients on complex patent disputes and strategic portfolio management.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on role in Hatch‑Waxman litigation and trade‑remedy matters (including Section 337 investigations), collaborate with national trial teams, and help grow a full‑service IP offering from the Boulder office.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Substantive experience with Hatch‑Waxman matters and Section 337 investigations
• Strong client development and team leadership skills
• Active bar admission in the United States
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
