Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Charlotte

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Charlotte office to expand a patent litigation practice. The role will focus on managing complex IP disputes, overseeing trial and pre-trial strategy, and developing high-value litigation matters across federal courts and the ITC.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, supervise and mentor litigation teams, and collaborate with transactional and IP prosecution colleagues on cross-practice matters. This is an opportunity to join an established IP litigation platform with national reach and significant resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in patent litigation, including dispositive motion and trial experience
• Proven client development and origination skills in the IP space
