Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a high‑visibility patent litigation practice in the Northern Virginia (McLean) market. The role involves managing major IP disputes, supervising associates, and driving business development across technology and life‑sciences matters.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform and work cross‑functionally with patent prosecution and transactional teams. This is a client‑facing role with significant responsibility for case strategy, trial preparation, and fee‑generation.

• Established track record in patent litigation at partner level
• Experience leading trials and dispositive motion practice
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
