Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — San Diego

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a patent litigation practice in the San Diego office. The role involves handling high-stakes patent disputes across district courts and the ITC, managing trial preparation, and overseeing a team of associates and paralegals.

This is an opportunity to drive business development, maintain client relationships, and work on complex technical matters across life sciences, technology, and related industries. The position reports into the regional litigation leadership and will have significant autonomy for practice-building.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in patent litigation, including dispositive motions, claim construction, and trial experience
• Proven history of originating and managing client relationships and developing new business
• Ability to supervise and mentor litigation teams and collaborate with cross-practice groups
