The role fills a gap in the German office, complementing existing soft‑IP coverage and strengthening contentious technology/IP work across Germany and Europe.
The partner will lead patent and UPC disputes, manage complex cross‑border matters with regional teams, and develop new client relationships. This is an opportunity to shape a growing contentious IP offering and play a visible business‑development role within an established international platform.
- Proven track record in German patent litigation, including UPC experience
- Admission/qualification to practise in Germany and fluency in German and English
- Strong client‑service skills and demonstrable ability to win and manage contentious IP work
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
