Partner, Intellectual Property & Technology — Munich

Leading German commercial law firm seeks a partner to head and grow its Munich IP & technology practice. The role combines partner-level client advisory, firm business development and team leadership across contentious and non-contentious IP and tech matters.

The successful candidate will join an established practice with national and cross-border clients, taking responsibility for originating work, managing key client relationships and mentoring associates. This is a hands-on role with significant opportunity to shape practice strategy and revenue growth.

• Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property and technology matters (advisory and/or litigation)
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Fluency in German and experience working on Germany-focused and cross-border matters
