Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & IP (San Diego)

Senior litigation partner role in a full-service national firm seeking an experienced trial lawyer to lead matters in antitrust, patent litigation and related commercial disputes. The position will work across life sciences, technology and private-equity–related matters and collaborate with national teams.

The role combines courtroom and case-management leadership with business development responsibilities. The team handles complex, bet-the-company disputes and requires experience running multi-jurisdictional litigation and coordinating with technical and industry specialists.

• Established track record in antitrust litigation and patent litigation, ideally with experience in life sciences and technology disputes
• Proven trial and motion practice, including leading multi-jurisdictional proceedings
• Demonstrated business development ability and client relationship leadership
• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
