An Am Law 50 firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its litigation platform in San Diego, contributing across its antitrust and competition and intellectual property practices.

The role involves patent litigation with a focus on the life sciences and technology sectors, as well as antitrust litigation connected to private equity clients. The practice also supports matters in the energy sector.

This is a partner-level position offering an open compensation system for the right candidate.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Significant experience in patent litigation (life sciences and technology) and/or antitrust litigation
• Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships
