Experienced trial lawyer sought for a partner role focused on commercial litigation with a strong employment and labor practice. The role will handle matters across healthcare, construction, and professional liability sectors and will combine courtroom work with high-value counseling and dispute management.

The partner will lead case strategy, manage and mentor associates, and participate in client development to grow the practice locally. This is an opportunity to join a busy team and take responsibility for a diverse book of litigation and employment matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters, including trial and/or arbitration experience
• Proven client-development skills and ability to originate work
• Experience supervising associates and managing complex files across healthcare and construction-related disputes
