Partner — Corporate, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Wilmington

Seeking a senior partner to join a growing office as a lead for corporate and healthcare-related work, with substantial opportunities across life sciences, technology and IP matters. The role will involve leading M&A and private equity transactions, issuer-side and other capital markets work, and technology-related commercial and IP transactions and disputes.

The position is practice-building and cross-practice in nature: ideal candidates will originate and develop client relationships, work with industry-focused teams (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy) and collaborate with national and international colleagues on complex matters.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading M&A and private equity transactions and/or capital markets matters
• Experience advising life sciences, healthcare, technology or financial services clients
• Demonstrated business development and team leadership skills at the partner level
