Partner, Litigation & Intellectual Property — San Diego

Senior litigation partner role focused on patent and antitrust litigation, with substantial work tied to private equity, life sciences and technology clients. The position will sit in the San Diego office and lead high‑stakes disputes and complex patent matters.

Responsibilities include directing patent litigation teams, handling antitrust matters arising from PE transactions, driving business development in target industries, and mentoring junior litigators. The group prefers candidates with deep courtroom and case‑management experience in IP and competition disputes.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established track record of leading patent litigation matters (life sciences or technology focus preferred)
• Significant antitrust/competition litigation experience, ideally with private equity‑related matters
• Proven business development and team leadership abilities at partner level
