Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join the Walnut Creek office to build and lead practices in litigation, intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation), and corporate matters. The role is client-facing and business-development focused, with support for cross-office collaboration and flexible compensation arrangements.

Ideal candidates will have an established partner track record, the ability to bring and grow a portable practice, and experience handling mass tort/product-liability or corporate governance/ERISA-related matters. The team prioritizes candidates who can originate work and collaborate with offices across the U.S.

Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in litigation, IP litigation, corporate or mass-torts
Proven origination and client-development record
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and develop new business
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
