A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Baltimore litigation team with a focus on international arbitration. The role involves leading complex commercial disputes, advising on cross-border matters, and growing an international arbitration practice.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor junior lawyers, work closely with colleagues across offices on multinational matters, and play an active role in business development to expand regional and international client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration at a major law firm or tribunal practice
• Proven business development skills and ability to originate and grow client engagements
• Experience leading teams and supervising complex, cross-border matters
