Partner, Litigation & Securities — Wilmington

Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington litigation group focusing on securities and white-collar matters. The role will handle contested commercial litigation, regulatory and enforcement work, and matters for private clients.

The successful candidate will build and lead client engagements, supervise litigation teams, and develop business in the region. This is a partner-track lateral opportunity within a well-resourced national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with substantial litigation and securities experience
• Background handling white-collar, regulatory or enforcement matters preferred
• Proven trial and motion experience, and ability to lead teams and originate work
