Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Wilmington

Senior partner role to lead and grow an integrated IP, corporate and securities practice from the Wilmington office. The position will focus on corporate M&A (including PE), capital markets (issuer-side and related work), technology transactions, emerging growth companies, and IP litigation/transactional matters.

Expect a business-development and client-facing leadership position with responsibility for originating and managing cross-practice matters across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors. The role suits an established partner seeking to scale a practice within a large, international platform.

• Proven partner-level track record in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions
