Partner, Litigation — Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Leading national firm is seeking an experienced first-chair litigator to join its Silicon Valley litigation team. The role will focus on high-stakes commercial and technology-related disputes, handling matters from intake through trial and managing client relationships.

The partner will lead case strategy, supervise associates and support staff, and help grow and market the practice in the region. This is a visible, client-facing role with opportunities to work on multi-jurisdictional matters alongside a broader national litigation platform.

• Proven first-chair trial and motion practice in complex commercial litigation
