Leading national law firm seeks an experienced litigation partner to grow and lead its commercial litigation practice in the Silicon Valley / Palo Alto market. The role focuses on managing sophisticated commercial disputes for technology and other corporate clients and building a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will handle complex, high-stakes matters across state and federal courts, work closely with senior firm lawyers, and play an active role in client development and practice strategy.

• Established litigation partner with significant experience in complex commercial disputes
• Proven track record of client development and leadership of litigation teams
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
