Leading practice seeking a partner to grow and lead real estate and construction matters from the Boston office. The role will combine client relationship development, originations and hands-on legal work across transactional, development and construction-related matters.

The position offers an opportunity to shape strategy for a market-facing real estate and construction offering and to work with cross-practice teams on complex client matters.

Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience advising on real estate and construction matters (transactions, development, or disputes)
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and to work collaboratively across practice groups
Active bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission and willingness to be based in the Boston office
