Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Boulder

Seeking a partner-level attorney to join a well-established national practice to strengthen its real estate and construction capabilities in Boulder. The role will handle a mix of commercial real estate transactions, development and construction matters, and related hospitality/succession planning engagements.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and manage client relationships, supervise deal teams, and collaborate with colleagues across offices on regional matters. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant opportunity to grow an existing practice platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established background in commercial real estate transactions and construction law
• Track record of client origination and relationship management
