Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Chicago

Senior hire to lead and grow a busy Real Estate and Construction practice in the firm's Chicago office. The role will focus on originating and managing complex commercial real estate and construction matters, supervising associates, and expanding client relationships across the region.

This is an opportunity to join an established nationwide firm with a full-service platform and cross-practice support. The incoming partner will work closely with transactional and dispute teams to service institutional and private clients on high-value matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record advising on commercial real estate and construction transactions and disputes
• Experience leading teams and developing client relationships; strong origination skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
