The role will handle complex commercial real estate and construction matters, provide strategic advice to developer, owner and lender clients, and supervise a team of associates.
Responsibilities include originating and managing transactions and disputes, driving business development, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with other practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters.
