Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Dallas

Established law firm is seeking a Partner to join its Dallas Real Estate & Construction practice. The role will focus on originating and leading matters across commercial real estate and construction-related transactions and disputes for regional and national clients.

The right candidate will take a client-facing leadership role, growing revenue and mentoring junior lawyers while working collaboratively across practice teams. This is an opportunity to shape and expand a market-facing practice in a well-resourced platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record advising on commercial real estate and construction matters at partner level
• Strong origination and client-management skills with demonstrated ability to grow revenue
• Active bar admission in Texas or ability to obtain admission
