Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established Real Estate, Construction and Energy practice in Munich. The role combines client-facing work on infrastructure and transport-related matters with responsibility for team leadership and practice development.

The post-holder will advise institutional and corporate clients across project, construction and energy-related real estate matters, coordinate cross-practice workstreams, and drive new business and cross-border mandates.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level track record in real estate, construction or energy/infrastructure work
Experience leading teams, managing client relationships and originating new mandates
Qualified/admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and fluent in German and English
