Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Fresno

Well-established national law firm is seeking a Partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction litigation practice in Fresno. The role focuses on managing complex commercial and construction disputes, appearing in arbitration and state court, and providing strategic advice to owner, contractor and developer clients.

The successful candidate will split time between casework, client development and team leadership: supervising associates, developing local client relationships, and expanding the practice regionally. This is a hands-on role with significant client contact and business-generation expectations.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar admission
• Proven litigation experience handling construction and real estate disputes; trial and arbitration experience preferred
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships; strong business development skills
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
