Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Honolulu

Growing law firm seeking a senior lateral partner to lead and expand its Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice in Honolulu. The role will combine courtroom work, contested construction matters, and counseling clients on risk-management and dispute-avoidance strategies.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, develop new client relationships and cross-sell into related practice areas, and handle high-value commercial litigation and construction disputes from intake through trial or resolution.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
• Established client relationships and demonstrable origination history
• Experience leading teams and managing complex litigation matters; admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction
