Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Tri-Cities

Senior partner opportunity with a national US law firm’s regional office, leading the Real Estate and Construction litigation practice in the Tri-Cities market. The role combines hands-on litigation work with practice leadership and business development responsibilities across construction, commercial real estate, and associated disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling construction defect, contract, and commercial litigation matters for owners, developers, contractors, and insurers. The role offers client-facing case work, mentoring of junior lawyers, and a mandate to grow regional revenue.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in construction and commercial real estate litigation
• Significant litigation experience and courtroom/ADR exposure
• Proven client-development skills and experience leading a practice or team
• Active bar admission where cases will be handled or willingness to obtain
