Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Walnut Creek

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Walnut Creek office to lead and grow a construction-focused real estate litigation practice. The role will handle complex construction disputes, contract claims, and related commercial litigation matters for regional developer, contractor, and owner clients.

The successful candidate will combine courtroom and arbitration experience with client development skills to maintain and expand a litigation-oriented practice. This is a hands-on partner role with responsibility for matter management, supervising junior lawyers, and business development within the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial experience in construction-related litigation and commercial disputes
• Track record of originating and closing business and of supervising associates
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the Walnut Creek / Northern California market
