Senior lawyer sought to lead and grow a busy real estate and construction practice from the Los Angeles office. The role combines client-facing deal work, project counseling, and leadership of cross-discipline teams on large transactions and development matters.

The team advises institutional and developer clients across the full project life cycle, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing support, and contract negotiation/risk allocation on construction matters. The firm is open to candidates who will both originate new work and integrate into an established industry-aligned platform.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established real estate and construction practice with demonstrable client relationships and transaction experience
• Law license to practice in California (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven ability to originate business and contribute to practice leadership
