Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in the Los Angeles office. The role will focus on advising owners, developers and contractors on large-scale commercial real estate and construction matters across California and nationally.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, supervise associates and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on transactional and project-based work. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with significant regional platform and national reach.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in commercial real estate and construction matters
• Strong client-development skills and ability to lead teams on complex transactional projects
• Active California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission
