Seeking a senior partner to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice in the Miami office of a national law firm. The role will handle transactional work, development projects, construction agreements and disputes, and provide strategic counseling to institutional and private clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team, mentor associates, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management in the region.

• JD and active Florida bar admission (or eligible)
• Significant partner-level experience in both real estate and construction matters
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
