Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in Miami. The role will support transactions across leasing, industrial/logistics, resort development and related financing, with significant work supporting healthcare and renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will advise on high-value real estate and construction matters, collaborate with cross-practice teams (including finance and energy), and play a visible business-development role in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and redevelopment.
Demonstrated work on healthcare and renewable energy-related real estate matters.
Strong transactional finance experience supporting property and project financings.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work in Miami.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
