Senior real estate partner role in a full-service firm seeking an experienced lawyer to lead and grow transactional work across real estate, construction and related sectors. The role will focus on leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development, with regular matters intersecting healthcare, renewable energy and finance.

The position requires hands-on deal leadership, client development and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams (construction, energy, finance and healthcare specialists). This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice in a well-established platform in New York.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions.
Track record advising on leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters; familiarity with healthcare and renewable energy projects a plus.
Strong transactional skills on financing-related real estate matters and the ability to work cross-practice with finance/banking teams.
Business development capability and experience managing client relationships and teams.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
