Leading national law firm is recruiting a partner to join its New York real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on managing sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, construction-related matters, and counseling institutional and developer clients.

The partner will split time between client-facing work, team leadership and business development. You will supervise junior lawyers, drive origination efforts and collaborate across practices on complex, cross-border or multi-disciplinary deals.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
Demonstrated track record of originating and closing complex transactional and construction-related work
Proven leadership and team management skills, including supervising associates and mentoring junior lawyers
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to qualify)
