Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, London

Partner opportunity to lead and grow a UK restructuring and insolvency practice within a major international law firm. The role will focus on advising on complex restructurings, creditor-side insolvency matters and cross-border reorganisations.

We are seeking a senior lawyer who will develop client relationships, originate work and play a leading role in case strategy and team management. The post is based in London and will collaborate with international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading complex restructurings and insolvency matters
• Extensive partner-level experience and demonstrable client origination skills
• Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with experience on cross-border matters
