Partner, Securities (FinTech & Crypto) — Toronto

Senior lateral partner opportunity in Toronto to lead and grow a securities-focused FinTech and cryptocurrency practice. The role centers on regulatory work related to registration and licensing of crypto trading platforms and adjacent transaction and advisory matters.

The successful candidate will join a large international practice team and work with cross-border colleagues on evolving crypto and digital-asset regulatory matters. This is a priority hire driven by expanded FinTech and crypto market activity.

• Established securities and FinTech regulatory expertise, with specific experience on registration and licensing of crypto trading platforms
• Proven ability to advise on cross-border securities and compliance issues
• Track record of business development and client relationship management in FinTech/crypto
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
