Senior tax partner sought to lead and grow an established energy tax practice in Austin. The role focuses on advising energy companies and project sponsors on federal and state tax matters across transactional, project development, and tax-controversy work.

Primary responsibilities include originating and managing client relationships, leading deal teams, and developing business in the regional energy market. The position offers significant leadership and client-facing responsibility within a national practice platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in energy tax matters, with a track record of client origination
• Strong technical tax skills (federal and state), transactional and project experience
