Senior tax partner opportunity within a well‑established energy practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on advising energy clients on tax planning and structuring across transactional, project development and regulatory matters.

The partner will be client‑facing and expected to develop and lead engagements, work collaboratively with cross‑discipline teams, and manage and mentor more junior tax lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in energy tax, including transactional and project experience
• Strong client development and team leadership skills
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and significant partner‑level experience
