Partner — Tax — Fort Lauderdale

Senior tax partner role with a broad commercial tax practice based in Fort Lauderdale. The position will lead client-facing tax advice across corporate and transactional matters, working with a mix of domestic and cross-border engagements.

The firm is seeking a partner who will grow and lead the local tax team, develop new client relationships and take responsibility for originating and managing complex tax work. This is a visible leadership role with significant business-development expectations.

• Proven tax partner or senior counsel with substantial experience in corporate and transactional tax matters
• Established record of originating and managing client engagements and supervising junior lawyers
• Strong client-development skills and existing industry relationships relevant to a commercial tax practice
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
