Experienced tax and litigation partner sought to lead and grow a Midwestern practice from the firm's Fargo office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work across state and federal tax disputes, civil litigation, and related regulatory matters.

The position requires ownership of case strategy, supervision of associates, and active client development. The successful candidate will join an established national platform while building a local footprint in the region.

• Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Proven trial and motion practice; courtroom presence and case-management skills
