Leading national law firm is seeking a experienced partner to join its Tax and Litigation practice in the firm's Livingston office. The role combines courtroom and dispute-resolution work with sophisticated tax controversy and planning matters for corporate and high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. This is a senior role suited to a lawyer who blends heavy litigation experience with deep tax technical skills.

• Partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Strong trial and motion practice skills; courtroom experience preferred
