Partner — Tax & Litigation, Shelburne

Experienced lateral partner sought to lead and grow a tax-litigation practice from the firm’s Shelburne office. The role combines court-side litigation experience with sophisticated tax advisory work for corporate and individual clients.

Successful candidate will take a leadership role within the practice group, supervising junior lawyers, developing business, and managing complex matters through trial and appeal as needed.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation and tax experience (substantial trial/appeal exposure preferred)
• Proven business development track record and ability to originate and manage client relationships
• Experience supervising and mentoring associates
