Partner — Tax & Litigation, Walnut Creek

Established regional law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Walnut Creek office to lead and grow an integrated tax and litigation practice. The role combines courtroom and dispute-resolution work with complex tax advisory matters across corporate and individual clients.

The partner will manage and develop a small team, take responsibility for client service and case strategy, and contribute to business development initiatives to expand the practice locally and regionally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and litigation experience in tax-related disputes
• Ability to originate and develop client relationships and lead matters from intake through resolution
• Bar admission in California and significant relevant experience at partner level
