Partner — Tax, McLean (Northern Virginia)

Seeking a tax partner to join a busy regional tax practice in McLean. The role will focus on advising corporate and private clients on a broad range of tax matters, leading engagements, and developing client relationships.

The partner will also help grow the office level tax capabilities through business development, cross‑practice collaboration, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a client‑facing, rainmaking role with significant leadership responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level experience in tax law with a track record of leading client matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members and collaborate across practices
• Active bar admission and credentials appropriate for partner practice
