Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Technology, Media & Entertainment (TME) practice from the firm's Boston office. The role focuses on high-value technology and media transactional work, advising on commercial contracts, licensing, and strategic business arrangements for clients across media, telecom and tech sectors.

The firm is looking for an established rainmaker who can combine deep transactional experience with business development leadership to expand market presence and mentor a team of associates. This is a strategic, client-facing role with responsibility for originating new work and strengthening existing client relationships.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Significant experience leading technology and media transactions, including licensing, commercialization and commercial contracts
  • Proven track record of business development and client origination in the TMT sector
  • Ability to manage and develop a team; strong mentoring and client-management skills
