A globally recognized law firm is seeking a patent litigation associate to join its San Francisco office. The role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology matters on behalf of some of the world's leading technology companies.

The position involves significant responsibility, including direct interaction with partners and clients, and the chance to engage in sophisticated, complex litigation work that arises from a truly international practice. The associate will manage patent litigation matters, drive contentions, handle Markman proceedings, and oversee written and oral fact and expert discovery.

At least 3 years of patent litigation experience
Degree in a technology-related engineering field, applied physics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
US Bar membership required
Demonstrated experience managing patent litigation cases, including contentions, Markman hearings, and fact and expert discovery
Strong technical aptitude and confidence interacting with engineers and developers
