Apply in confidence →Join a global law firm's Washington office as a Practice Innovation Attorney focused on integrating AI and other emerging technologies into legal workflows. The role combines solution design, hands-on technical support, and training to drive adoption of legal-tech tools across practice groups.
You will partner with attorneys and business teams to identify high-value use cases, develop customized AI workflows and playbooks, and deliver user enablement through group and one-on-one training. The role also supports a firm-wide “AI as a Service” program, providing responsive technical guidance and operationalizing pilot projects.
- JD degree required.
- At least 2 years' experience as a practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist in a legal environment.
- Fluency with legal technology and AI (including generative AI/LLMs) and experience translating capabilities into practical use cases.
- Experience developing or implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency, plus strong training/facilitation skills and user-adoption experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach to user support.
