Join a specialist real estate team as a Principal Associate focusing on corporate occupier work. The role sits within a multi-disciplinary real estate group advising occupiers on acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold), landlord & tenant matters and related commercial property matters for a wide range of occupier clients.

You will sit on a busy, growing team and work closely with senior lawyers to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice. The post involves leading transactions, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to team management and business development.

The team offers flexible/hybrid working and a programme of training and development to support progression and broaden exposure across different real estate sub-specialisms, including opportunities to support energy and corporate-related property work.

Minimum 6 years' PQE in real estate law
Proven experience leading commercial property transactions for occupiers, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
Comfortable advising on complex registered and unregistered titles and land acquisition for development
Experience supervising junior team members and supporting fee-earning and team management tasks
Commercial judgement, strong client-facing skills and an appetite to help grow client relationships
