Successful candidates will join a busy private companies practice with opportunities to develop client relationships, contribute to the platform through speaking and practice leadership, and work on a mix of transactional matters for high-growth clients.

3–6 years post-qualification experience in corporate transactional work
Substantial experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies, including venture capital financings and exit transactions
Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
